Andijan region is a promising and dynamically developing region located in the eastern part of the Ferghana Valley at a distance of 360 kilometers southeast of the capital of Uzbekistan. The area is 4,300 square kilometers. There are 14 administrative districts and 2 cities. As of 2019, more than 3 million people live in Andijan.
